Give 3 keywords that describe your work.

  • CURIOSITY: My job is exciting and surprising, full of twists and turns.

Explain a typical day of work at BOTALYS.

It is not easy to explain a typical day at work because my tasks vary every day.

When I am not supporting the production department, I carry out experiments in the laboratory to develop new medicinal plants. Each day, a new experience!

In your job, what project are you the proudest of?

I am proud of many small projects that I have been able to accomplish at BOTALYS' lab.

The research process of a new medicinal plant is quite a long one, but every little success resonates with me as a victory that I am proud of.

I am also grateful because I have been contributing to the beginning of BOTALYS' adventures. First, during my several internships, then as a true member of its R&D crew.

If you would be a medicinal plant, which one would you be and why?

I would be Rhodiola rosea. This plant, which is an integral part of my work, is so fascinating because of its numerous benefits.

Did you know that the Vikings, looking for strength, endurance, and vigor to fight the enemy, were the first to use this plant?

Can you tell us how important Nature is for you?

Nature has always played a big part in my life.
Ever since I was little, I have been fascinated by everything Mother Nature offers us.

When I don't feel great, I like to go for a long walk in the forest to enjoy its benefits.

Can you give us a mantra that drives you in Life?

"Perseverance is what makes the impossible, possible, the possible, probable, and the probable realized" Robert Half.

Do you have a tip/advice to share in order to keep on performance and happiness at work in this period of Covid-19 pandemic?

Try to clear your mind as much as possible, try not to stress.

Stay focused while expressing your feelings in case you feel the need.
